Purpose/objectives | This policy is to ensure consistency across PEAR coaching centre in maintaining Academic excellence in the preparation of IELTS, PTE, OET and Academic English. |

Policy statement | Students will be assessed in ways that facilitate student learning and assessment. Methods of assessment will support student-centred approaches to learning,
Assessment will be constructive and will provide timely feedback to students so as to provide them with an understanding of their progress against stated learning outcomes and assist in their preparation for future assessment. Assessment processes and outcomes will be reviewed and evaluated as per the feedback schedules. |

Assessment system | Self-assessment 40% in class presentations assessment 30%, Mock Test 30%
Please note that the purpose of formal assessment is to provide students with an indication of personal competency levels and does not affect completion of the course. Students will be responsible for their own progress and will need to undertake intensive learning for their success by participating in class sessions and completing work outside of class hours. |
